I can help you with weight loss, your diet and how to fit it into your schedule.

I run one on one Personal Training or group classes for everyone including if you are new to fitness, I’ll show you how to look feel terrific in no time.

I train mums as well, weather you be a new mum and want to lose a little baby weight and tone up or if you are an experienced mum and just want to work out safely while someone watches your kids. We can help you. Mum’s & Bubs classes available.

One on one Personal Training and Small Group Training Classes are run out of a private studio in Summer Hill, Sydney. The studio is only 40 meters away from Summer Hill Park. (Darrell Jackson Gardens) The front entrance to the studio is on 69 Carlton Crescent, Summer Hill. Although there is very little parking out the front, so I usually bring clients in through the back entrance which just happens to back onto the IGA car park on Hardie Avenue, Summer Hill. Down the bottom of the driveway is where I usually meet my clients, so appointments are needed.
